There are various Cobwebb tools that you can use to test your design. All of these require you to have first Saved and Exported your design to the Server.

The best way to test your design is to use the spooled file that you have used to create your PPD file.  This will enable you to see your finished output.  If you need to make some adjustments, just return to your original PPD file on your PC, make the changes, upload again to the IBM i and re-test.
