This may configure your default printer configuration by selecting Print Setup from the File menu. The following options allow you to select the destination printer and its details.

Name

Select the printer you want to use from the list of the currently installed printers shown in the box.  The printer details such as Status, Type etc. will then be displayed.

Properties (button)

This button allows you to select additional properties for your selected printer - the dialog that displays will be specific to the printer that you have selected.

Paper

Size

Select the size of paper that the document is to be printed on.

Some printers offer multiple trays for different paper sources.  Specify the tray here.

Orientation

Choose Portrait or Landscape.

Network... (button)

Choose this button to connect to a network location, assigning it a new drive letter.

Once you are happy with your selections click OK to apply them or Cancel to exit without changing.
