Work with Cobwebb Subsystem

Scroll Prev Top Next More

The Work with Cobwebb Subsystem allows you to stop and start individual jobs that automatically run in the Cobwebb subsystem when it starts. This can be useful if a job has ended for any reason and you need to start it or you have a new job, say a folder monitor, that you wish to start. This means that you don't have to stop and restart the entire Cobwebb subsystem each time. There are also other options such as setting Test mode or Trace mode (for those programs that use these options) and changing the jobs Message logging to high level if you need to investigate a problem, and switching it back to the default for the job when you are done. You also have function keys to Stop and Start the Cobwebb subsystem.

This can be found from the Cobwebb Main Menu - Option 8. Requires Cobwebb Server version 7.0.00 or above.
