The first thing to do is to identify the main problem. You can use the following links to help you with this process.
Note: A Docstore update may also require the client browsers to refresh some files used by Docstore. If this doesn't happen automatically then the user will notice layout issues with the Docstore website. To fix this issue the user should clear their Docstore browser cache. See Clear all browser cache for a specific website.
•Searching Docstore is failing to find a document.
•Viewing the Docstore Log - this is useful if you think that your document is not being stored correctly.
•Putting the STOREDOC program into DEBUG mode.
